Capability Model

The ChangePartners ‘Capability Model’ helps pin point areas where step-changes in performance will realise the greatest benefit. We shape these into a number of themes that are delivered within your initial cycle of change and create your ‘Transformation Map’ to provide a visual representation of the journey and a way of tracking progress. We help assess your internal capability to deliver the changes and supplement your team with any shortfalls in process and organisational design, communications and change management.

We’ll then work with you to translate what we’ve learnt from the capability model and Transformation Map in to a realistic plan. This process will help your organisation to have a shared understanding of:

  1. The overall aim of the change and the issues and problems that it will seek to address
  2. The people and parts of the organisation that are likely to be affected
  3. The situation that needs to change and the implications of not addressing it
  4. The proposed future state of your organisation and the objectives that will be achieved
  5. The outline costs, benefits and resourcing implications
